Led by Natasha Carter, a highly experienced yoga teacher with over 500 hours of training, our course goes beyond the surface level of teaching yoga poses. We believe that to truly make an impact on children, we must first dive deeper into ourselves.
Through our training, you'll embark on an incredible journey of self-discovery. We'll guide you to explore your subconscious, helping you become a better adult figure for the children around you. By uncovering your own personal growth and development, you'll gain invaluable insights and tools to support children in a way that truly helps them thrive.
We understand that many of us missed out on crucial support and guidance during our own childhoods. That's why our course is laser-focused on equipping you to transform the lives of children. It's not just about providing a fun yoga class; it's about making a lasting impact.
With our comprehensive curriculum, you'll gain the knowledge and skills necessary to create a safe and nurturing environment for children. From understanding child psychology to effective teaching techniques, we cover it all. Our goal is to empower you to be a catalyst for positive change, empowering children to develop lifelong skills and resilience.

You don’t have to be a yoga teacher to enrol. This training is designed for not just yoga teachers, but anyone who is interested in learning more about this practice.
-
To gain the full benefits of this training, we recommend some yoga experience and suggest attending at least 10 yoga classes in-person or online so that you are familiar with the yoga postures and practices.
-
Our 95-hour training is specfically designed to equip you to teach yoga to kids. If you are looking to expand into teaching yoga to people aged 16+ this course is not designed to certify graduates if they have not yet completed a Level 1 200-hour yoga teacher training. We recommend undertaking a Level 1 200-hour yoga teacher training in addition to our specialised training so that you can be qualified, registered, and insured as a yoga teacher.
-
In order to complete your training and receive your graduation certificate, you'll need to:
- Complete all modules, which include passing a short multiple-choice quiz at the end of each module
- Complete 10 class participation hours
- Complete a class plan and teach a 60-minute class which will be assessed by your teacher trainer. This is to ensure you have understood the principles and are able to provide adequate support and safety considerations
- Complete required readings and submit a short one page essay
-
We strongly believe teacher trainings should be a space where you feel supported and get all your questions answered. Our goal is to help you succeed, pass assessments, and craft exceptional yoga teachers. We always encourage questions and discussions at any time before, during, and after training.
